  • What is the shelf life of your products?

Shelf varies based on the product. Body butters and oils/ oil based products have a typical shelf life of 12 months.  To keep them as natural and clean as possible our products are not filled with preservatives. We encourage you to keep water out to ensure its full shelf life. 

 

  • Are your products safe to use during pregnancy?

Our products are natural and organic thus they don't contain harsh chemicals etc. however each person is different. We recommend consulting your physician to ensure that our products align with your pregnancy plan. 

 

 

SHIPPING

  • When will my order ship?                                       

Once an item is purchased from our store it is sent out for shipping within 1-2 business days. (If an item is purchased on the weekend it is sent out for shipping the next business day.)

  • When will I receive my order?

Local Orders (Jamaica) - 1-3 business days 

International Orders - 3-5 days (FedEx), 21-28 days (Standard Shipping)

 

  • Can I cancel or change my order?                                       

Unfortunately we aren't able to cancel or make changes. Please see our return policy. 

 

  • Can I return my order?                                       

We are unable to offer refunds, returns, or exchanges. All sales are final. Please note, Rach Royalty reserves the right to refuse all returns, reshipments and refunds. 

In the unlikely event that a product arrived damaged, the customer must contact customer service within 48 hours of receipt. Customer must include photos of the issue and a screenshot of your order confirmation email.
 

  • I have not received an order confirmation, what should I do?

Order confirmations can sometimes take up to 24 hours to receive due to high demand. If you have not received your order confirmation email after 24 hours, please contact us at: sales@rachroyalty.com with your inquiry.
