Refund policy
No Returns
Rach Royalty Limited has a strict no return policy on all items.
Once an item (s) has been purchased unfortunately we can’t accept the return of said item (s).
Refunds (if applicable)
Once an item has been purchased, no refunds can be accommodated, save and except where, after review, it is determined that a product was damaged whilst in the care of Rach Royalty. In such cases, we reserve the right to issue a refund solely at our discretion. We accept no liability for damages to the product once it has been shipped by a third party.
Once your issue has been reviewed we will send you an email to notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If your refund is approved, then it will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.
Print On Demand products
Wrongly ordered sizes won’t be eligible for refunds. We make everything on demand, so requesting a size exchange would mean producing an entirely new product.
Late or missing refunds (if applicable)
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

Sale items (if applicable)
Sale items cannot be refunded.
Exchanges (if applicable)
We do not offer exchanges on any item (s).
