1. Private Guided Devotional, Worship & Prayer Journal Session Before Treatment (20 minutes) - Release all that you are carrying into the arms of Jesus! His yoke is easy and his burden is light. This pre-treatment unwind session is for you to leave all your burdens at the door to ready your mind for the ultimate relaxation for your body (massage & facial). This is YOU time - no therapist will be in the room. Feel free to destroy and discard your journal entry in the bin provided in the room or place in your bag if you desire to take it home with you.
